- What materials are your products made of?
Our home decor products are made from PLA, a biopolymer that is derived from natural resources such as corn starch and sugar cane. It is an environmentally friendly bio-plastic material.
- Can I commission a custom design/order?
We're happy to take custom orders for any ideas or projects you have in mind! If you have an idea or a project that you would like us to design, please reach out to us. Our team will design the object and send a digital file (jpg, pdf etc…) for your review and approval.
- How do I care for my products?
To clean your 3D printed items, use a slightly damp cloth and wipe it down. If there are any hard to remove marks, you can add a small amount of soap to the cloth. Remember to unplug your lamp before cleaning.
- Can I get a replacement shade/base?

If your lamp arrived broken, that’s on us! Reach out here with your order number and we’ll help you out.
- What are your delivery times?
Our lead time for each order is 1-2 weeks because all of our lamps are made to order. This helps us reduce waste and manage demand, as well as allows us to create small, limited-edition releases. This also means we can offer more designs and make changes quickly. If you have placed an order over 14 days ago and haven't received an update, please reach out to our support team for an update. Thank you for your support and patience, we promise it will be worth the wait.
